Rotary has many Clubs and other entities organising events and those entities are NOT professional Event planners. In order to assist event organisers in event planning ROZevents Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of our Oceania operations company, ROZops, provides that professional planning advice.
That is usually sorted by having a Memorandum of Understanding between the event organiser (e.g. Club) and ROZevents. Depending on the scale of the and advice needed, ROZevents may simply receive the risk management documents, confirm advice and leave it to the organiser to run the event. Events with special risks may need more assistance.
