PP Kelly McLuckie

Kelly McLuckie co-founded the change management software and consultancy company, Success Formula in 2009. Starting out as an officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy, she has led a variety of teams and major strategic change projects across defence, transport and logistics and construction throughout NZ and Australia.

Kelly works with business leaders to change behaviours and attitudes across the business, and to demonstrate the bottom-line return on investment from changing culture. She holds a number of professional skills and qualifications including; business degree from Auckland University, Belbin Accreditation, APMG Change Management Practitioner, and is an experienced Action Learning Coach.

Having been exposed to Rotary growing up through her grandfather, joining Rotary was a natural step for Kelly in 2008, when aged 28 she retired from the navy. Despite having a young family, Rotary helped Kelly fit in as her family moved city and country four times in three years. It gave her an outlet to continue giving back to the world, whilst growing her network outside the military and settling into life as an entrepreneur.

Now having settled in the innovative Takapuna club, Kelly is the current club President and determined to stay put for a while yet. As one of our younger Rotary leaders, she is determined to show us how we can evolve and remain relevant in an age where, despite technology and innovation, most of us still long for connection.
